## 1. About GravyTime

GravyTime is a meal planning, recipe, pantry, shopping, and cooking-assistance service designed to help users decide what to make for dinner and organize related cooking activities.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use GravyTime only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

GravyTime may allow you to use portions of the Service without first creating a permanent account.

Guest access is intended to make it easy to try GravyTime.

Guest information may be associated with an anonymous account or a particular browser or device.

You are responsible for creating a permanent account if you want improved account recovery or access across multiple devices.

GravyTime cannot guarantee recovery of guest information if:

When supported, information created as a guest may be preserved when you create a permanent GravyTime account.

Your relationship with Facebook is governed separately by Meta's applicable terms and policies.

You may remove GravyTime's Facebook access through your Facebook account settings.

Removing Facebook authorization does not automatically guarantee deletion of your GravyTime account. Account deletion requests should be made according to our Data Deletion Instructions.

## 6. Recipes and Cooking Information

GravyTime provides recipes and cooking-related information for general informational purposes.

Recipes may come from:

Although we try to provide useful and accurate information, GravyTime does not guarantee that every recipe, ingredient list, instruction, measurement, cooking time, substitution, nutrition statement, or recommendation is complete or error-free.

Some GravyTime features may use artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

AI-generated recipes, ingredient identifications, substitutions, cooking instructions, food-safety suggestions, and other results should be reviewed before use.

You are responsible for deciding whether AI-generated information is appropriate for you.

## 11. User Content

You may be able to submit, save, upload, scan, import, or create content through GravyTime.

You retain ownership of content that you own.

By submitting content to GravyTime, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Service to you.

GravyTime may provide links to or information derived from third-party websites and recipe sources.

Third-party content belongs to its respective owners.

GravyTime does not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted material merely because it is linked to, referenced, analyzed, or displayed through the Service.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel a recurring GravyTime subscription using the subscription-management options made available through the Service.

Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges and does not necessarily immediately terminate access already paid for.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us so we can review the transaction.

This does not transfer ownership of your private recipes or personal data.

We aim to make GravyTime dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
