GravyTime respects your ability to control your personal information.

You may request deletion of your GravyTime account and personal information associated with that account at any time.

This page also provides data-deletion instructions for users who access GravyTime using Facebook Login.

Requesting Account Deletion

To request deletion of your GravyTime account, email:

Use the subject:

Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your GravyTime account.

In your request, include:

A statement that you want your GravyTime account and associated personal information deleted

Do not send:

Access tokens

We may contact you to verify that you are authorized to delete the account.

Facebook Login Users

If you created or accessed your GravyTime account using Facebook Login, you may request deletion using the same process above.

Email:

and state that your GravyTime account uses Facebook Login.

We will use the information available to us to identify the GravyTime account connected to your Facebook authentication.

You should never send us your Facebook password.

Removing GravyTime From Facebook

You may also remove GravyTime's authorization from your Facebook account.

Within Facebook, open your account settings and locate the section where Facebook manages apps and websites connected to your account.

Locate GravyTime and choose the option to remove it.

Removing GravyTime from Facebook prevents the Facebook connection from continuing to authorize GravyTime.

However, removing the Facebook connection alone may not delete information previously stored in your GravyTime account.

When your verified deletion request is completed, information associated with your account may include:

Other user-generated account data

The exact information associated with an account depends on which GravyTime features you used.

Guest Accounts

GravyTime may allow people to use the application through an anonymous guest account.

Guest accounts may not contain an email address or other information that allows us to reliably identify the user.

If you still have access to the guest account and GravyTime provides an in-app account deletion option, use that option whenever available.

You may also contact privacy@getgravytime.com, but we may need additional information to determine whether we can identify the anonymous account without compromising another user's privacy.

Clearing application or browser data may remove your local guest session, but it does not necessarily constitute a verified deletion request for information stored by GravyTime.

Payment and Transaction Records

If you have purchased a GravyTime subscription, certain transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-related records may need to be retained for a period required or permitted by law.

Deleting your GravyTime account does not necessarily require payment processors or financial institutions to erase information they are independently required to retain.

Where possible, information that no longer needs to identify you may be deleted or de-identified.

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information after a deletion request when reasonably necessary to:

Processing Your Request

After receiving a deletion request, we may:

Confirm completion of the request when appropriate.

We will process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law.

Deleting Facebook-Related Information

When a verified Facebook Login user requests deletion of their GravyTime account, GravyTime will remove or de-identify Facebook-related information associated with the GravyTime account unless retention is legally required.
